A: Bank cards, as well as the other payment methods shown at checkout (for example, paying in instalments with Klarna, depending on your country).

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: Each jersey is made to order in 2–4 days, then delivered in 8–12 days: allow 12–15 days in total. You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

Q: Can I return a product?

A: As our jerseys are made to order, they can't be returned or exchanged for a change of mind or size, so be sure to check the size guide. If there's a defect or an error on our part, contact us within 14 days with a photo: we'll send you a replacement jersey or refund you, free of charge.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Yes, as long as your jersey hasn't gone into production yet: email us as soon as possible at shonensports.contact@gmail.com.

Q: What sizes do you offer?

A: Our jerseys are unisex, from XS to 3XL. Check our size guide to find yours.

Q: Can I customise a jersey with my name or number?

A: Yes! Choose your colorway, then add your name & number on the back directly on the jersey's product page. With the Duo pack, you get 2 free names.
