Jerseys made to order

At ShonenSports, every jersey is made to order in the colorway and size you choose, and personalised if you add a name or number.

Change of mind or size

As our jerseys are made according to your choices, they cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind or size (Article L.221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code). Please check our size guide before ordering.

Defect or error on our part

If your jersey is defective or does not match your order, contact us within 14 days of receipt at shonensports.contact@gmail.com, with your order number and a photo. We will send you a correct jersey or refund you in full, shipping costs included.

Legal guarantees

These conditions do not limit the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) or the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

Incorrect address or uncollected parcel

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected in time, the cost of reshipping it is at your expense.
