RETURNS

Hello dear customers,

At ShonenSports, we place great importance on your satisfaction. That's why we recommend that you familiarize yourself with our return policies before finalizing your purchase. Return costs are not automatically free.

As a small business, we cannot handle all customer returns. So we have established simple return conditions :

Return time:

You have 14 days after receipt of your order to return items to us and request a refund. We do not do exchanges.

Conditions for receiving reimbursement:

  • The articles must be new and unused, with their original labels.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging to facilitate re-sale.
  • Join a copy of the invoice or of the purchase order indicating the order number.

Specific reimbursement cases:

Case #1: Error on our part

If we have committed a error in preparing your order (wrong product, size or color), or if the product is defective, THE return costs are our responsibility. You will receive a prepaid return label, the return address and the procedure to follow to return the product(s) to us.

Once the product(s) are received and comply with our conditions, you will be fully refunded, including initial shipping costs.

Case #2: Customer error

If the customer has committed a mistake in his purchase (choice of size, color, model) or if the product not suitable, THE return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refund : You will receive our return authorization with all the details and the procedure to follow to return the product(s) to us. Once the product(s) are received and comply with our conditions, you will be refunded only the amount of the product (excluding initial or return shipping costs).

  • Package not collected or address error : If a package is returned due to a mistake on your part (wrong address, absence, failure to collect within the given time limit) and you do not wish to receive it again, no refund will be made, in accordance with our T&Cs. If you would like the package to be forwarded, THE reshipping costs will be at your charge.
