At ShonenSports, we place great importance on your satisfaction. That is why we recommend that you carefully review our return conditions before finalizing your purchases.Return shipping costs are not automatically free.

As a small business, we cannot cover all customer returns. Therefore, we have established simple return conditions:

Return period:

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return items and request a refund. We do not offer exchanges.

Conditions to qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be new and unused, with their original tags.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging to facilitate resale.
  • Include a copy of the invoice or the order confirmation showing the order number.

Specific refund cases:

Case #1: Our mistake

If we made a mistake in preparing your order (wrong product, size, or color), or if the product is defective, the return shipping costs are on us. You will receive a prepaid return label, the return address, and instructions on how to return the product(s).

Once the product(s) is received and meets our conditions, you will be fully refunded, including the original shipping costs.

Case #2: Customer mistake

If the customer made a purchase error (wrong size, color, or model choice) or if the product does not fit, the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

  • Refund: You will receive our return authorization with all details and instructions on how to return the product(s). Once the product(s) is received and meets our conditions, you will be refunded only for the product amount (excluding original and return shipping costs).

  • Unclaimed package or address error: If a package is returned due to a customer error (wrong address, absence, failure to pick up within the allotted time) and you do not want it resent, no refund will be issued, in accordance with our terms and conditions. If you want the package to be reshipped, the reshipping costs will be your responsibility.
