At ShonenSports, we place great importance on your satisfaction. That is why we recommend that you familiarize yourself with our return policy before finalizing your purchases. Return shipping costs are not automatically free.

As a small business, we cannot accommodate all customer returns. Therefore, we have established simple return conditions:

1. Return period: You have 14 days after receiving your order to return the items and request a refund. We do not offer exchanges.

2. Conditions to qualify for a refund:

   • The items must be new and unused, avec leurs labels d'origine.
   • Items must be returned in their original packaging to facilitate the resale.
   • Attach a copy of the invoice or purchase order indicating the order number.

3. Specific cases of reimbursement:

   • Case No. 1: Error on our part
     If we made a mistake in preparing your order (product, size, or color) or if the product is defective, the return shipping costs are on us. You will receive a prepaid return label, the return address, and the procedure to follow to return the product(s). Once the product(s) are received and comply with our conditions, you will be fully refunded.

   • Case No. 2: Customer Error
     If the customer made a mistake in their purchase (choice of size, color, model) or if the product is not suitable, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You will receive our return authorization with all the details as well as the procedure to follow to return the product(s) to us. Once the product(s) are received and comply with our conditions, you will be refunded the amount of the product only (excluding shipping and return fees).
